水分析ICP-MS测试中银和镉之间的定量关系
Quantitative relationship between Ag and Cd by ICP-MS in water analysis
【摘要】 提出了使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测水中Ag、Cd的过程中,标准系列溶液与样品溶液由于基体不同,对样品中Ag、Cd的分析结果的准确性和可靠性产生不利影响。同时提出在线内标溶液含有一定浓度的Ag、Cd,并把相应的检测值带入分析结果,对低含量样品中Ag、Cd的分析结果的准确性和可靠性产生不利影响。通过实验研究,说明了使用监控样技术对这两个问题进行修正能够获得良好效果,并且相应说明了监控样的制备方法、保存条件和使用期限及对在线内标溶液的处理方法。确立Ag和Cd之间的定量关系。在这个基础上,建立了新的电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测水中Ag、Cd的方法。方法的检出限(DL)达到0.002 9~0.012 ng/m L。方法精密度(RSD)为3.61%(n=12)~7.93%(n=12)。加标回收率为96.42%~98.57%。
【Abstract】 Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry detection of silver and cadmium in water, because the standard solution and sample solution matrix is different for the accuracy and reliability of the sample results adversely affected. At the same time raise another issue, online internal standard solution containing a certain concentration of silver and cadmium, the corresponding detection value is added to the test results, it can adversely affect the accuracy and reliability of the test results of the silver and the cadmium in the low-concentration samples. Through experimental study, these two issues have effective solution by using the correction technique of monitoring samples. It was illustrated that the control samples preparation methods, storage conditions and use period and online internal standard solution approach. Establish a quantitative relationship between silver and cadmium. On this basis, the new detection method using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry technology for silver and cadmium in water was established. The detection limit of the method are 0.0029-0.012ng/m L. The precision of this method are 3.61%-7.93% RSD(n=12). Adding standard recovery 96.42%~98.57%.
