ICP-MS检测水中碘的方法研究
Analysis of iodine in water by ICP-MS
【摘要】 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法快速检测水中碘的方法。在没有碘标准溶液的情况下,应用经验公式,通过镉、钡、铅的标准曲线能够准确检测水样中碘的质量质量浓度。经验公式计算的曲线与标准曲线不存在显著性差异。方法检出限0.062μg/L,精密度3.53%,加标回收率104.8%。建立的分析方法简便、实用,能够快速检测水中碘的质量质量浓度。
【Abstract】 Using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for rapid detection of iodine in water. In the case where there is no standard solution of iodine, through empirical formula, the use of cadmium, barium, lead standard curve can accurately detect the content of iodine in water samples. There was no significant difference between the standard curve and the curve obtained empirical formula. The detection limit 0.062μg / L, precision 3.53%, and the recovery 104.8%. Analysis method is simple, practical, and can quickly detect the iodine content in water.
