【摘要】 目的了解吉林市低保慢性病人社会支持与焦虑现况及两者间的关系,为心理干预及提高人们身心健康提供理论依据。方法采用社会支持评定量表及状态焦虑量表对359名患者进行调查,并分析其相关因素。结果低保慢性病人社会支持总分、主观支持分男性和女性之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低保慢性病人社会支持总分、主观支持分、对支持利用度各年龄组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低保慢性病人社会支持总分、对支持利用度婚姻状况之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低保慢性病人社会支持中客观支持分、主观支持分、对支持利用度、总分等各项与焦虑间无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论社会应给予低保对象在社会保障、扶持政策、再就业培训等方面的支持和帮助,使低保患者最终脱离低保,促进和谐社会的建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between low status and patients with chronic anxiety and social support in Jilin City,and provide a theoretical basis for the psychological intervention and improve people’s physical and mental health. Methods The social support rating scale and State Anxiety Inventory were used to investigate359 patients,and analyze the related factors. Results In patients with chronic low total score of social support,subjective support,the difference has statistical significance between male and female( P < 0. 05); support score,subjective social support in patients with chronic low points,there is significance difference between the degree of each age group( P < 0. 05); low in patients with chronic total score of social support and utilization of support had statistical significance difference between the degree of marital status( P < 0. 05); low social support in chronic patients with objective support score,subjective support,support for availability,the anxiety score and no relationship( P > 0. 05).Conclusion The society should give the minimum target in social security,support policy,re-employment training and other aspects of support and help,so that patients with low end from the subsistence security system,promote the building of a harmonious society.更多还原
