【Abstract】 It is a strategic choice to establish the Asia-Pacific region security cooperation framew ork in dealing with regional challenges and breaking "Asia Dilemma"as well as adjusting to the regional system transformation. Its keynote lies in seeking common security,comprehensive security,cooperation security,sustainable security,permanent security,and achieving common prosperity. The framew ork,including regional behavior norms,security cooperation dialogue regime and security cooperation organization,is a trinity of compound security cooperation system and operational regime.Based on mutual trust,benefit,equality,and collaboration,it sticks to the principles of openness,transparency,equality and inclusiveness,and has blazed a trail of win-win security cooperation. This will help boost a new type of relationship among the major powers,create strategic standpoint for the security and cooperation of the Asia-Pacific region,promote a more equal and reasonable system and order of the region,and pave the way for the establishment of the Asian regional security cooperation framew ork as well.更多还原
