【摘要】 目的:研究高清CT扫描及重建方式对冠状动脉支架图像质量的影响。方法:35例冠状动脉支架植入术后患者,共46枚支架,利用GE Discovery CT750 HDCT,采用高清扫描及重建方式成像。采用四级评分法对图像质量进行主观评分,数据分析采用SPSS16.0统计软件。结果:高清模式成像,冠状动脉支架显示清晰,对支架再狭窄能准确评估。结论:高清扫描及高清重建方式对冠状动脉植入支架显示较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore the influence of high- definition(HD) CT scan mode with reconstruction mode on coronary stent image quality.Materials and Methods:35 patients(46 stents) after coronary stenting were included using HDCT coronary angiography,and the images were reconstructed with HD mode.Image quality(scale,1-4) was evaluated.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS16.0 software.Results:Coronary stents showed clear in HD mode imaging,which could accurate assessment of stent restenosis.Conclusion:HDCT scan mode with reconstruction mode can reveal the coronary stent clearly.更多还原
