【摘要】 目的:探讨EB病毒检测在体检鼻咽癌筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年1月~2014年12月本院的1500名体检者为研究对象,将1500名研究对象的EBV-DNA载量、EB-VCA-Ig A及EA-Ig A阳性率进行统计,并比较不同年龄段者的阳性率,同时将三种检测指标的结果与最终病理结果进行比较,并比较三种检测指标的特异度、敏感度、阳性及阴性预测值。结果:EBV-DNA载量、EB-VCA-Ig A及EA-Ig A阳性率存在一定差异,年龄较高者的阳性率高于年龄较低者,另外EBV-DNA载量的、敏感度、阳性及阴性预测值均高于EB-VCA-Ig A及EA-Ig A,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异,而特异度三种指标间无显著性差异,P均>0.05。结论:EB病毒检测在体检鼻咽癌筛查中的应用价值较高,其中EBV-DNA载量的检测价值相对更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application value of EB virus detection in the physical examination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma screening. Methods: 1500 persons with physical examination in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as research object,and the EBV-DNA load,EB- VCA- Ig A and EA- Ig A positive rates of 1500 persons were analyzed,then the positive rates of persons with different ages were compared,then the results of three detection indexes and final pathology were compared,and the specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of three detection indexes were compared. Results: The positive rates of EBV- DNA load,EB- VCA- Ig A and EA- Ig A had certain differences,and the sensitivity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of EBV- DNA load were all higher than those of EB- VCA- Ig A and EA- Ig A,all P < 0. 05,there were all significant differences,while the specificity of three indexes had no significant differences,all P > 0. 05. Conclusion: The application value of EB virus detection in the physical examination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma screening are high,and the detection value of EBV- DNA load are relatively higher.更多还原
