【摘要】 目的:总结背阔肌皮瓣修复前臂伴手部大面积软组织缺损临床应用结果。方法:2006年9月至2012年5月,应用背阔肌皮瓣修复前臂伴手部大面积软组织缺损12例。背阔肌皮瓣8例,胸背动脉穿支皮瓣4例。结果:2例术后发生小的受区切口表浅感染,经换药逐渐愈合。背阔肌皮瓣和穿支皮瓣全部成活,术后经过顺利。结论:该皮瓣以胸背动脉穿支为血供,具有血供丰富,血管解剖恒定,血管蒂长,切取的皮瓣面积较大等优点,适宜修复肢体较大面积的软组织缺损。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: to summarize the rich myocutaneous flap to repair the forearm with hand back large soft tissue defect clinical results. Methods: in September 2006 to May 2012,the application of kuo myocutaneous flap to repair the forearm with hand back 12 cases large soft tissue defect. Back broadly myocutaneous flap 8 cases,4 cases of thoracic dorsal artery perforators flap. Results: 2 cases of postoperative small area superficial infection of incision,the switching gradually healing. Back broadly myocutaneous flap and all survived perforators flap,the postoperative through smoothly. conclusion: The skin flap blood supply by thoracic dorsal artery perforators,is rich of blood supply,constant vascular anatomy and vascular pedicle long,and taking the advantages of larger area of skin flap,appropriate repair body of large- area soft tissue defect.更多还原
