【摘要】 目的:研究布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入对于小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法:选择在我院就诊的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为给予布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸治疗的观察组和常规治疗的对照组,观察临床症状、体征情况并判断治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、血氧饱和度均明显高于对照组;咳嗽、喘息的缓解时间以及胸部X线征象消失时间均短于对照组。结论:布地奈德、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗能够改善治疗效果、缩短症状消失时间,具有积极的治疗价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to study of budesonide and salbutamol aerosol inhalation for the clinical curative effect of infantile bronchitis.Methods:in our hospital of capillary bronchitis patients as the research object,were randomly divided into giving of budesonide and salbutamol atomization treatment group and routine treatment of the control group,observed the clinical symptoms and signs and treatment effect.Results:the observation group total effective rate,blood oxygen saturation infants were significantly higher than control group;To alleviate coughing,wheezing and chest X-ray signs disappear time is shorter than the control group.Conclusion:budesonide,salbutamol aerosol inhalation treatment can improve therapeutic effect,shorten symptoms disappear time,have positive therapeutic value.更多还原
