【摘要】 目的:探讨警察的组织支持、心理资本与工作投入之间的关系。方法:抽取某省警察341名,使用组织支持量表、心理资本量表与工作投入量表进行调查,采用SPSS 17.0进行相关分析、AMOS 17.0进行路径分析及多组比较分析。结果:警察的组织支持、心理资本与工作投入之间存在显著正相关,组织支持与心理资本均能显著影响工作投入(C R>2.58,P<0.01),婚姻状况起到显著的调节作用(CMIN/df=0.29,P<0.05)。结论:心理资本在组织支持对工作投入的影响中起到部分中介作用,且在组织支持对工作投入这一路径上,会受到婚姻状况的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the relationship among organizational support,psychological capital and job involvement in police. Methods: 341 police were chosen to complete scales including organizational support,psychological capital and job involvement. The correlation analyses were conducted by SPSS 17. 0,path and multi- group analyses by AMOS 17. 0. Results: There were significantly positive correlations among organizational support,psychological capital and job involvement in police. Both organizational support and psychological capital could significantly affect job involvement( CR > 2. 58,P <0. 01). The moderating role of marital status was significant( CMIN / df = 0. 29,P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Psychological capital plays a mediating role in the influence of organizational support to job involvement and the marital status can moderate the path of organizational support to job involvement.更多还原
