高师生心理韧性与父母教养方式的关系
The Relationship between Mental Resilience and Parenting Style of Normal College Students
【摘要】 目的:探讨父母教养方式对高师生心理韧性的影响。方法:采用问卷调查对165名高师生父母教养方式及高师生心理韧性进行调查。结果:高心理韧性与低心理韧性的高师生在父亲、母亲教养方式的"感情温暖、理解"、"拒绝、否认"及母亲的"惩罚、严厉"5个维度上存在显著差异(t=4.907,6.151;P<0.01;t=-2.330,-2.815,-2.040;P=0.05)。高师生心理韧性总分及各因子与父亲、母亲教养方式的"感情温暖、理解"都存在显著正相关(父亲:r=0.470,0.352,0.232,0.187,0.543,0.205;P均<0.05;母亲:r=0.536,0.368,0.290,0.192,0.576,0.289,P均<0.05)。心理韧性总分、积极认知、家庭支持都与父亲、母亲教养方式的"拒绝、否认"(父亲:r=-0.183,-0.218,-0.317;P均<0.05;母亲:r=-0.220,-0.231,-0.226;P均<0.05)以及母亲的"惩罚、严厉"呈显著负相关(r=-0.186,-0.156,-0.276;P均<0.05)。母亲教养方式的"感情温暖、理解"对心理韧性除积极认知外其他维度都有显著正向预测作用(t=7.722,4.641,3.719,3.250,3.581;P均<0.01)。结论:不同的父母教养方式对高师大学生心理韧性的发展具有不同的影响。母亲教养方式的"感情温暖、理解"是保护性因素,采用这种教养方式有利于心理韧性的形成;父母教养方式的"拒绝、否认"、"惩罚、严厉"是危险因素,采用这种教养方式不利于心理韧性水平的形成。母亲的"感情温暖、理解"对高师生心理韧性形成的影响是最大的。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the relationship between mental resilience and parenting style of normal college students. Methods: 165 normal college students were investigated with the resiliency scale for Chinese adolescents and EMBU. Results: There were significant differences in the parenting style " emotional warmth",parenting style " rejection" and " punishment,strictness" among different mental resilience normal college students( t = 4. 907,6. 151,-2. 330,-2. 815,-2. 040; P < 0. 05). The scores of mental resilience and all resilience factors were positively correlated with parenting style " emotional warmth "( Father: r = 0. 470,0. 352,0. 232,0. 187,0. 543,0. 205; P < 0. 05; Mather: r = 0. 536,0. 368,0. 290,0. 192,0. 576,0. 289; P < 0. 05). But the scores of mental resilience and positive thinking,family support were negatively correlated to parenting style " rejection"( Father: r =-0. 183,-0. 218,-0. 317; P < 0. 05;Mother: r =-0. 220,-0. 231,-0. 226; P < 0. 05) and " mother ’ punishment,strictness "( r =-0. 186,-0. 156,-0. 276; P < 0. 05). Mother’ " emotional warmth" could positively predict mental resilience of normal college students except positive thinking factor( t = 7. 722,4. 641,3. 719,3. 250,3. 581; P < 0. 01).Conclusion: Parenting style is an important factor influencing students’ mental resilience and different parenting styles have different influence on adolescents. mother’ style " emotional warmth" are protective factors,but parenting style " rejection" and mother’ " punishment,strictness" are danger ones. Mother’ " emotional warmth" has the most important influence on mental resilience of normal college students.
