【摘要】 目的:了解衡水市乡镇卫生院医务人员精神卫生知识知晓现状,为提高基层医务人员精神卫生服务能力和重性精神疾病管理治疗技能提供科学依据。方法:采用《精神卫生与心理保健知识问卷》和《医务人员基本情况调查表》对全市11个县市区118所乡镇卫生院(含社区卫生服务中心、站)的各级医务人员进行分层整体随机调查,共发放问卷1028份。结果:精神卫生知晓率为84.19%,性别之间知晓率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.653,P>0.05),文化程度、职称、职业和工作年限(χ2=3.175,85.071,42.106,75.165;P<0.05)之间知晓率差异有统计学意义,医生知晓率高于护士。结论:衡水市乡镇卫生院医务人员精神卫生知识知晓状况比较乐观,已达到全国精神卫生工作体系发展指导纲要(2008-2015年)的要求,但仍有3个条目的回答正确率明显偏低,应进一步加强针对性培训,提高基层医务人员对精神卫生知识在基层服务中重要性的理解和认知程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To know about if the medical staff in the villages and towns of Hengshui know the knowledge about mental health,and improve the mental health service capacity of the grassroots medical staff and provide a scientific basis for management and treatment of severe mental illness. Methods:Adopting the " mental health and psychological health knowledge questionnaire" and " basic information form of medical personnel" to randomly investigate medical staff in 118 clinics of villages and towns( including community health service center,station) in the 11 counties of the city,and distribute a total of 1028 questionnaires. Results: 84. 19% of medical staff had the awareness of mental health; There was no statistically significant difference among sexes; But there was significant difference among level of education( χ2= 3. 175,P < 0. 05),title( χ2= 85. 071,P < 0. 05),occupation( χ2= 42. 106,P < 0. 05) and years of working( χ2= 75. 165,P < 0. 05). a doctor had a better knowledge than a nurse. Conclusion:Most of the medical staff in Hengshui is familiar with the knowledge about mental health,reaching the standard of the guidance outline about mental health( 2008- 2015). To improve the understanding and cognition of the grassroots medical staff,we should further strengthen training for some staff who can’t give an exact answer of three entries.更多还原
