连续精馏催化合成乙酸乙酯工艺的研究
Study on the continuous distillation catalytic synthesis process of ethyl acetate
【摘要】 以自制的填料D=5mm球形活性炭负载磷钨酸作为催化剂,装填到D=30mm反应精馏塔中,将乙酸、乙醇分别连续加入到反应精馏塔内,实现了乙酸、乙醇的酯化反应和乙酸乙酯的精馏分离。实验考查了酸醇比、进料位置、回流比的影响,在优化条件下,塔顶w(乙酸乙酯)=94.10%,可直接进入乙酸乙酯精制塔精制。
【Abstract】 Using self-made filler(diameter of 5mm)supported phosphotungstic acid as catalyst,loaded into the reactive distillation column(diameter of 30mm).The acetic acid and ethanol were continuously added into the reaction distillation tower respectively.The esterification reaction of acetic acid and ethanol and the distillation separation of ethyl acetate were realized.The effects of acid and alcohol ratio,feed position and reflux ratio on reaction distillation were investigated.Under the optimization conditions,the ethyl acetate content at tower top was 94.10%(mass fraction),it could be directly transferred into the ethyl acetate refining tower.
