【摘要】 异辛酸巯基乙酯是一种新型化合物,它是合成PVC热稳定剂有机锡的基本原料之一。作者研究了异辛酸巯基乙酯的合成工艺路线和条件,获得目标产物。采用单因素实验以及正交实验筛选出异辛酸巯基乙酯合成适宜工艺参数,对催化剂和溶剂用量进一步优化,得出最优的合成工艺条件。研究结果表明,合成工艺选用的实验材料价廉易得,工艺条件简单且易控制,便于工业化应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mercaptoethyl isooctoate is a kind of new compound,and it is one of the raw materials to synthesize PVC thermal stabilizer of organotin.Synthesis process of Mercaptoethyl isooctoate was investigated,and the target product was obtained.Suitable synthesis technology parameters were selected by single factor and orthogonal experiments.By the optimization of catalyst and solvent,the optimal synthesis conditions were gained,which showed the raw materials selected in the experiment are cheap and easy to obtain,and the synthesis technology process is simple and easy to control as well convenient to be applied in mass production.更多还原
