【Abstract】 Depending on the inherent law of the high vocational education, taking the action of job position as the guidance, "three stage" teaching reform split the real project teaching segments into three successive steps: working process in details, on-site practice, practical results, use process analytical method, visual teaching method, diversifi ed teaching method for teaching strategy design.
