【摘要】 目的回顾性分析九江市2013年社区卫生服务机构门诊处方抗生素使用情况,为进一步规范基层医院抗生素合理应用提供参考。方法随机抽取九江市9个社区卫生服务机构2013年1~12月10800张门诊处方进行分析。结果发现门诊抗生素应用主要存在问题有:无指征使用抗生素、不合理联合用药、缺乏用药针对性、用药途径不合理、需皮试药物应用不合理等。结论应制定科学的抗生素使用管理规范,加强处方中抗生素的管理力度、加大抗生素处方点评,以促进抗生素的合理应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Obje ctive This study aimed to retrospectively analyze the situation of antibacterial drugs used in clinics of Jiujiang community health service institutes in 2013,and to provide a reference for further regulation of rational antibacterial drugs use in basic hospitals. Me thod We analyzed 10800 prescriptions selected randomly from nine community health care institutes in Jiujiang from January to December in 2013. Re sult We found that there were five main problems existing in antibacterial drugs using: no indication for using of antibacterial drugs,improper combination of drugs,shortage of well- directed doses,irrational route of administration,unreasonable application of necessary skin test drugs.Conclusion We should formulate scientific regulations for antibacterial drugs use,strengthen controls on prescribing antibacterial drugs,increase evaluation on antibacterial drugs prescription to improve the rational usage of antibacterial drugs.更多还原
