【摘要】 本文以全国51个国家级高新技术开发区1996~2013年相关数据,在采用DEA方法的VRS模型对高新技术开发区的综合效率进行评价的基础上,分析了高新技术开发区综合效率与其所在城市经济发展水平的互动效应。研究结论证明:当前应进一步提升高新技术开发区的综合绩效以促进城市经济发展,优化高新技术开发区投入量与产出量,同时也需认识到高新技术开发区对城市经济反哺效应的时滞性。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using DEA-VRS model to evaluate the comprehensive performance of 51 National High-tech Zone from1996 to 2013,this paper empirically the interactive effect of the comprehensive performance of High-tech Development Zone and the economic development of the city. The conclusion of the study proves that the current should further improve the comprehensive performance of high tech Development Zone to promote the city economic development,optimization of high and new technology development zone of input and the output,but also need to recognize that the delay of city economic feedback effect in hightech development zone.更多还原
