【Abstract】 Competency-based education is a kind of vocational educational ideology focusing on cultivating vocational competence. The important practice of it on cultivating professionals in music performance is carried out through constructing the curriculum system concentrating on three professional ability including performance, organization and guidance and forming the implementation of the curriculum.
