灌浆卡箍力学分析与实验研究
Study of Mechanical Analysis and Experiments on Grouted Clamps
【摘要】 利用均匀轴压作用下的屈曲理论以及有限元分析方法对安装卡箍前后的管件进行屈曲理论分析,并结合实验验证灌浆卡箍对海洋平台受损管件的加固效果.通过理论与实验研究充分说明了灌浆卡箍加固装置是一种简便可行的加固加强措施,能够解决目前国内海洋平台水下钢管杆件及管道的接触节点局部加强技术的中面临的困难.
【Abstract】 The strengthening structure of grouted clamp provides technical support at home and abroad for underwater offshore platform jacket which have fragile nodes and the damaged structure. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of offshore platforms theoretical analysis of buckling was done with buckling theory under uniform axial compression and the finite element analysis software ANSYS for pipeline before and after the installation of grouted clamp. And it combined with experiments to verify the reinforcement effect of grouted clamp on the damaged pipe. Combination of theoretical and experiments has fully proved that the strengthening structure of grouted clamp is a simple and feasible reinforcement,it can solve the difficulties in offshore platforms currently at home faced by local strengthening technology on contact node of pipe and underwater steel bars.
