【摘要】 基于层次分析法建立企业财务业绩综合评价模型,对武汉城市圈31家制造业上市公司的财务业绩进行了综合评价,得出如下结论:第一,公司经营业绩分布有一定的板块特征;第二,连续亏损两年或三年的制造业企业经营不稳定,财务风险大;第三,盈利能力、成长能力较弱加大了企业财务风险;第四,资本结构趋于优化,但总风险仍然较大。圈内制造业企业应加强技术创新,提高盈利能力;应扩展融资模式,优化融资结构;应注重主营业务的发展,兼营其他多元化的业务;应提高服务水平和产品质量,增强市场竞争能力;应建立健全财务风险防范机制,提高抗风险能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analytical hierarchy process(AHP),this paper established a comprehensive business financial performance evaluation model and accordingly evaluated 31 listed manufacturing companies within the Wuhan City Cir-cle. The evaluation concludes:(1)the companies’ operating performances are characteristic of tectonic plates;(2)the business of the companies under deficit for two or three consecutive years is unsteady and financially highly risky;(3)weak profitability and strength of growing increase financial risk;(4)although the capital structure is improving,the general risk is still at a high level. Manufacturing companies within the Wuhan City Circle should strengthen theirtechnological innovation and enhance profitability;expands their molds of financing and optimize financial structure;de-velop diversified businesses while focusing on the growth of their main business;increase their risk resistance capacity through sound risk-prevention mechanisms.更多还原
