【摘要】 观察地塞米松及水胶体敷料结合光子治疗仪防治经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC),其术后所发生机械性静脉炎的临床疗效。将PICC置管患者96例随机分为试验组49例及对照组47例,所有患者置管时均采用地塞米松稀释液浸润PICC导管,而后行插管,插管后在穿刺点的上方8cm至10cm处用水胶体敷料外贴,试验组患者在此基础上使用光子治疗仪治疗,观察比较两组患者静脉炎的发生率、严重程度、发生时间及治愈时间。对照组患者静脉炎的发生率10.64%,明显高于试验组的2.04%(P<0.05)。对照组患者静脉炎发生的平均时间(3±0.97)d,静脉炎治愈的平均时间(13±1.31)d,而试验组分别为(6±1.13)d及(9±1.37)d,组间比较,均P<0.05。地塞米松及水胶体敷料结合光子治疗仪对PICC置管后机械性静脉炎有明显的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the dexamethasone and hydrocolloid dressings,combined with the photon therapeutic apparatus control via peripheral vein in central venous catheter( PICC),the clinical effect of mechanical phlebitis after what had happened. 96 patients with PICC catheter in 49 cases were randomly divided into test group and control group in 47 cases,all of the patients in dexamethasone diluent infiltration PICC catheter insertion,before intubation and after intubation in the puncture point 8 cm to 10 cm above the water colloid dressing stick,on the basis of the experimental group patients treated with photon therapeutic apparatus,compare two groups of patients the incidence of phlebitis,severity,occurrence time and cure time.
