基于线结构激光原棉棉结快速检测技术研究
Research on Cotton nep measurement based on linear structured light
【摘要】 轧工质量是棉花质量的一项重要指标,轧工质量的好坏直接影响到皮棉品质和纺织品的质量。棉花疵点中棉结含量准确检测对于检测结果准确性起着重要的作用,由于棉花棉结与原棉颜色及外观上特征相似,因此检测难度较大。本文提出一种基于棉结与蓬松纤维具有不同的近红外光散射特性的棉花棉结快速检测方法。采用光电检测技术,分析了棉花不同疵点近红外光学特性,利用形态学的方法以及棉结的特征快速、准确的检测出疵点,实现棉花疵点快速准确检测。此方法与其它方法相比,具有识别速度快,操作简便,识别效果好等特点。
【Abstract】 Grade of ginning cotton is a significant factor to cotton quality,which influences the lint cotton quality and textile products quality. The nep content is a important parameter in cotton defects measurement. The traditional measuring methods are inaccuracy because of character because of the similar optical characters between the ginning cotton and neps. The novel method based on infrared image processing is put forward in this paper. The neps can be identified after image pre-processing,image segmentation,and image fusion. The experimental results show the measuring system and method can meet with the requirement of grade of ginning cotton.
