【摘要】 通过使用文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法对山西省公安民警依法使用警械和武器的培训、使用、管理等方面进行研究,结果表明山西省公安民警对加强依法使用枪支的培训需求最大,训练场所和武器不能满足培训需求,培训机制严重不合理。主要问题是培训时间短,培训频率低;警械武器使用管理中警械武器的保管、使用申请程序、申请时间不科学,影响警务实战的需要;警械武器的使用率低,实战能力低,警械武器使用意愿低,存在心理隐患。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training,use and management of legal use of weapons and police instruments of policeman in Shanxi were researched by means of documentary,questionnaire,interviews and mathematical statistics. The results show the greatest demand of policeman in Shanxi for training on legal weapon using,the failure to meet the needs of training courts and weapons and the inappropriate training mechanisms. The main problems are the shortage of training time,low frequency of training,unscientific weapon safekeeping,applying procedures and applying time,which affect policing combat,low use of weapons and police instruments,poor combat capabilities,weak willingness and psychological fear of using them.更多还原
