【Abstract】 Non- traditional safety issues are factors that make threats to national safety,the existence of wholly human and the development of modern society except military matters,politics and diplomatic conflicts. Non- traditional safety issues and traditional ones interpenetrate,affect and transform each other,which gradually become important factors that affect national safety and social stability. Police organs at all level should play the role of battlefield of education and training,reallocate resources and carry out education on non- traditional safety actively.更多还原
