不同再生粗骨料掺量碾压再生混凝土楔入劈拉试验研究

【摘要】 通过楔入劈拉试验,对碾压再生混凝土不同再生粗骨料掺入量对其断裂性能的影响进行了分析和研究。试验结果表明:碾轧断裂能随着再生粗骨料掺入量的增加出现波动,再生粗骨料掺入量达到100%时,断裂性能出现较大幅度的下降。再生粗骨料掺入量为50%时,碾压再生混凝土的强度达到C30,且断裂韧度明显高于普通再生混凝土,因此,强度等级为C30的混凝土设计配合比时可考虑再生粗骨料掺入量为50%。

【Abstract】 The effect of adding different amounts of coarse aggregate to concrete on fracture performance was studied by wedge splitting test.The results show that: trolling fracture energy with recycled coarse aggregate incorporation increased volatility,recycled coarse aggregate amount 100% decreased fracture performance greatly.The incorporation of recycled coarse aggregate quantity is 50%,the fracture toughness of recycled concrete is higher than ordinary concrete,It is suggested the incorporation of recycled coarse aggregcteis 50% when the concrete strength grade is C30.
