【Abstract】 The article analyzed the key characteristics of military standardized resident training quality assurance system,which are mandatory,supportive and correlation; Discussed the content,path and strategy of military standardized resident training quality assurance system,including the headquarters and the big units two levels of training system design,access,construction and evaluation of training bases,training,supervision and incentive of teachers,training content,method,means system construction,etc.; Discussed the quality control of resident standardization training needs to focus on the three links,namely developing of the third party assessment certification,establishing training core competence standards and assessment process,focusing on clinical skills training,etc.更多还原
