【摘要】 目的了解食管癌患者配偶在患者治疗期间的心理体验,为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法 2014年5-6月,运用质性研究方法,对黑龙江佳木斯大学第一附属医院心胸外科的10名食管癌患者配偶进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音及笔录,运用Colaizzi的关于现象学资料的7步分析法对收集的资料进行整理分析、提炼主题。结果食管癌患者配偶的心理体验主要包括3个方面:疾病确诊初期为怀疑、紧张、不知所措和自我谴责;治疗中期为适应、接受、委屈并承受巨大的经济压力;治疗晚期为疾病不确定感、身心疲惫和社会适应能力改变。结论医护人员在关注食管癌患者身心健康的同时,应对其配偶也予以关注,并为其提供相应的支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological experience of the spouse of esophageal cancer patients,in order to provide evidence of targeted interventions for clinical nurses.Methods Totally 10 cases were selected and interviewed,the data were analyzed by using Colaizzi principle,and the themes were extracted.Results Three themes were extracted:doubt,tension,loss and self-condemnation during initial diagnosis;adaptation,acceptance,grievances and under tremendous economic pressure during medium-term treatment;uncertainty,mental and physical exhaustion and ability to adapt to changing society during the last stage of treatment.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with esophageal cancer,there is a need to pay attention to physical and mental health of spouses with appropriate support.更多还原
