基于博弈论的电源、电网和负荷的适应性评价
The evaluation of adaptability among power source, power grid and load based on game theory
【摘要】 由于电源容量和电网、负荷规模增大以及影响电网安全性、经济性的因素增多,认识电源、电网及负荷的相互作用及影响,对建立电网适应性的评价体系有重要意义.在建设及投资上,电源、电网及负荷隶属于不同的主体;在运行及收益上,三者必须遵守电力系统统一调控的准则,而各投资主体方的收益通过电量或电价联系.针对电源、电网及负荷投资方关注的投资收益,基于博弈论建立了变电容量、机组容量、负荷容量与投资收益关系的模型,提出了基于独立系统运行机构(ISO)调度模型和节点电价模型的电源、电网、负荷各方投资收益算法.通过算例的计算结果证明了电源、电网和负荷博弈模型及收益算法的有效性,同时分析了电源、电网和负荷三者间的相互作用及相互影响,找出了纳什均衡点和解释了各方的行为.电源、电网与负荷的适应性评价是大电网适应性评价的重要内容,本文的研究工作及成果可分析电源、电网及负荷的相互作用及影响,计算各种策略组合下各投资方的收益,为各方的决策提供依据.
【Abstract】 As the increase of the capacity of power source, the scale of power grid and load, and the internal and external factors of security and economy on large-scale grid, understanding of the interactions and effects of power source, power grid and load, has very important significance for establishing the evaluation theory system of the adaptability of large-scale power grid. In the aspect of construction and investment, power source, power grid and load belong to different; in the aspect of opration and income, the three must comply with uniform guidelines for the regulation of the power system, and their incomes for each connect by electricity and price. For the problems of investments and incomes of power source, power grid and load, the paper establishs models of substation capacity, generator capacity, load capacity and the relationship of their investment and income based on game theory; the paper also proposesinvestment and income algorithm of power source, power grid, and load based on the ISO scheduling model. Numerical result demonstrates the effectiveness of game models and the algorithm, at the same time, it also analyses the interaction and influence and finds Nash equilibrium point among power source, power grid and load. These explain behaviors of power source, power grid and load respectively. The evaluation of adaptability among power source, power grid and load is an important part of the evaluation of large scale power grid, the research work and achievements of this paper can analyse the interaction and influence among power source, power grid and load, and calculate the income of each investor under a variety of strategies. And these provide the basis for each investor’s decision.
