基于多线程的酿酒车间环境监测系统软件设计

【摘要】 传统的白酒是基于固态发酵工艺生产而成,窖池周围环境中微生物群对白酒质量起着决定性的作用,而微生物的种类和数量又很大程度上决定于酿酒车间中的空气质量。系统通过各类传感器实时采集并记录不同地点、时间的酿酒车间环境数据,为分析酿酒环境对微生物体系生存和繁殖的影响、提高白酒质量提供依据。软件以C#作为编程语言,通过无线串口通信进行数据传输并采用多线程技术进行数据处理和保存,实现了基本功能,且界面友好,运行稳定。

【Abstract】 The production of traditional liquor is based on solid state fermentation,so the micro biota which live in the environment play decisive role to the quality of the liquor. But the amount and the type of microorganisms largely depends on the air quality in liquor-making workshop. This system records the environmental data that is collected by all kinds of sensors in different locations and different time. It provides reliable data source for analysis of liquor-making environment effects on microbial system survive and reproduce and improving the quality of liquor. This software uses C# as the programming language,the data transmission is through the wireless serial communication and uses multi-thread technology to process and preserve data. This system is very friendly and stable and achieves the basic functions.
