基于支承套的螺旋扶正器杆体的逆向设计与多轴加工
Reverse Design and Multi-axis Machining of Spiral Centralizer Rod Based on Supporting Sleeve
【摘要】 阐述了在为某采煤公司研制螺旋扶正器杆体的过程中,打破传统的正向设计思路,引用现代三维扫描测试技术、曲面重构技术、CAD/CAM技术以及先进制造技术来实现产品实物的逆向过程,缩短了产品研制周期,提高了产品质量,创新了产品的设计思路,使用效果良好。
【Abstract】 In the development process of spiral centralizer rod for a mining company,the traditional positive design idea was bro-ken,to realize the reverse process of product,modern 3D scanning technique,surface reconstruction technology,CAD/ CAMtechnology and advanced manufacturing technology were introduced.The product development cycle is shortened,product quality is im-proved,design idea is innovative,a good use effect is gotten.
