电动直驱式超高压力控制系统的建模与仿真
Modeling and Simulation of Hyper-pressure Control System for Direct Electric Driving Hydraulic System
【摘要】 提出了电动直驱式超高压力控制的方式,建立了交流伺服电机驱动液压系统实现压力控制的系统的数学模型,并且对系统的特性进行了分析。通过计算机仿真系统,利用PID控制策略分别对阶跃信号和斜坡信号进行仿真分析,研究了其性能。结果表明:该系统具有较好的稳定性和跟随性,可以在一定程度上提高压力的控制精度。
【Abstract】 The hyper-pressure control system for electric direct driving hydraulic system was introduced. The mathematical model of the system was built,and the performance of this system was analysed. In virtue of simulations of step signal and slope signal response with the algorithm of PID,the property of this system was analysed. The results shows that the system works stably and timely and can improve the control precision of the pressure in a certain extent.
