飞机液压铁鸟试验台测试系统研究

【摘要】 飞机液压铁鸟试验台是飞机地面试验的重要装置,其测试系统的精度直接影响到飞机的整个飞行过程和降落过程的安全性。然而其试验回路多、设备分散、试验过程难以控制管理。针对此,综述国内外文献飞机液压铁鸟试验测试系统解决方案,分析其优缺点,结合某型无人机液压铁鸟试验台测试系统测试要求选择适合的方案,并对未来测试系统的发展趋势作出展望。

【Abstract】 Airplane iron bird hydraulic test-bed is an important device of aircraft ground test,the accuracy of the testing system directly affects the safety of the whole flight process and landing process of aircraft. But it has many test loops,the equipments are scattered,test process is difficult to control. According to these,the literature about iron bird test aircraft hydraulic system solutions at home and abroad were reviewed,their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Combining with a certain type of measurement system for unmanned airplane iron bird hydraulic test-bed requirements,the suitable scheme were chosen,and the future trend of the test system was discussed.
