一种基于PLC的磨刀机数控系统设计

【摘要】 根据一种新型多工作模式立轴转盘磨刀机的控制要求,以FX2N系列PLC为控制核心,GT1000系列触摸屏为人机界面,通过10PG定位模块、手动脉冲发生器和伺服驱动器控制X、Y两轴的伺服电机,实现设备工作过程的手动操作模式以及步进磨削、连续磨削、整盘磨削与分段磨削等自动加工模式,满足精确定位、砂轮自动补偿及自动修整等功能。测试结果表明:控制系统工作稳定可靠,生产效率得到提高。详细介绍了控制系统硬件与软件两部分的设计过程。

【Abstract】 According to the control requirements of a new multi-mode vertical-spindle grinder,a numerical control system was designed in which a FX2 N PLC was as the control center and a GT1000 touch screen as HMI.With two 10 PG orientation modules,a manual pulse generator and two servo drives,X-axis servo motor and Y-axis servo motor,the manual operation mode,step grinding mode,continuous grinding mode,round grinding mode were achieved as well as the segmented grinding mode during the working process.Accurate positioning,automatic compensation and dressing of the wheel were also proved.Test results show that the control system is stable and reliable with an improvement of production efficiency.The design process of the control system including the hardware and software was introduced in detail.
