【摘要】 通过对现有污泥秸秆制作生物质燃料相关文献的研究,提出了一种新的制作燃料的工艺方法及生产线设计思路。对污泥秸秆造粒干燥一体机及其关键部件进行了结构设计,该设计方法采用了污泥软体造粒技术,使得它与传统设备结构相比,具有结构简单、集成化程度高的特点。同时也解决了传统污泥干燥方法能耗高、效率低、干燥时间长、设备占地面积大的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through study of the relevant present literatures about biological fuel produced by sludge and straw,a new fuel technology and its production line was proposed. The structure design was focused on a sludge and straw granulation drying machine and its critical components. Sludge and straw granulation technique were adopted by this design method. Compared with the traditional equipments,it has the characteristics of simple structure,high integration. The problems were resolved whose sludge drying of high energy consumption,low efficiency,long drying time and the device covering a bigger area.更多还原
