KDJ3300吨金属内腔挤压成型主机有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis for Main Frame Structure of KDJ3300 Ton Metal Inner Cavity Squeeze Forming Machine
【摘要】 金属内腔挤压成型的主机框架是承载工作压力的最重要组件,其框架设计不仅直接影响压机的使用与寿命,而且是反映主机整体设计水平的重要因素。通过利用有限元分析对主机框架在工作状态下进行结构刚度和强度校核计算,得出主机框架整体安全、可靠。研究结果为大型金属内腔挤压成型机的生产与制造提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Main frame structure of metal inner cavity is the most important component for bearing work-pressure. The designing of main frame structure not only directly effected use and service life of the machine,but also reflected important factor of the main machine whole designing level. Finite element analysis( FEA) was applied to respectively check and calculate the stiffness and strength of the main frame structure under the working status. It is verified that the whole structure of main frame is safe and reliable. The research result provides reference for production and manufacturing of large metal inner cavity squeeze forming machine.
