【摘要】 临床实习是培养医学生成为临床医生最重要的环节之一。近年来内科临床实习带教中出现的主要问题表现为老师带教积极性不高,学生实习意识不强,新型医患关系的出现以及出科考核制度不完善等。本文探讨了上述问题产生的原因,提出了相应的解决对策,以期进一步提高内科临床实习水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical practice training plays an important role for medical students. In recent years the main problems in the process of medical clinical practice are that short of enthusiasm about teaching of teachers,insufficent practice of consciousness of students,emergence of the new physician-patient relationship,imperfect of the departmental rotation examination system and so on. The article discusses the causes of these problems,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,in order to further improve the level of medical clinical practice.更多还原
