【摘要】 云南省宣威地区一直是慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)和肺癌的高发地区。而COPD是肺癌的一个主要危险因素,COPD合并肺癌在临床上较为常见。两种疾病之间存在共同的致病环境风险因子和发病机制,这对两种疾病的研究、预防和治疗提供了新的思路。而对宣威地区COPD和肺癌关系的探讨可以为两种疾病的研究提供进一步参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rates of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) and lung cancer morbidity in Xuanwei city of Yunnan province are among the highest nationwide,and COPD is an major risk factor for lung cancer. The concurrence of COPD and lung cancer is a common disease. There are common causative environmental risk factors and pathogenic processes between the two diseases,which provides new ideas for the research,prevention and treatment of both diseases. Additionally the discussion of the relationship between COPD and lung cancer can provide references for further studies of both diseases.更多还原
