【Abstract】 Aflatoxin elicited public concerns with its widespread occurrence and great economic loss in animal feed and human food in the last decades.This paper stated the pollution of aflatoxin in feeds in laying hens industry and the induced loss in laying performance and egg quality,the remaining threats to food safety throughout food chain,and concludively the corresponding methods to eliminate the aflatoxin.更多还原
