变截面加筋柱壳结构振动特性分析
Analysis of vibration characteristics of variable cross-section stiffened cylindrical shell
【摘要】 采用Riccati变换和传递矩阵相结合的方法,对一种典型的变截面加筋柱壳—锥柱组合壳加筋结构的振动特性进行分析,建立求解真空中变截面加筋柱壳结构强迫振动的半数值半解析法,并用通过与有限元法计算结果的对比,验证该方法的有效性。同时,分析锥壳与柱壳交角及环肋尺寸对锥柱组合壳加筋结构振动特性的影响。结果表明,交角的存在能显著降低壳体的振动,环肋的尺寸在低频时对振动影响较小,高频时随着环肋尺寸的增加能整体上减小结构的振动,但在部分响应峰值点加速度显著增大。
【Abstract】 A kind of typical variable cross-section stiffened cylindrical shell was composited by conical shell and cylindrical shell. Its vibration characteristics are analyzed through the combination of Riccati transformation and transfer matrix method. A new semi-numerical and semi-analytical method was presented for analyzing the forced vibration of the variable cross-section stiffened cylindrical shell structure in vacuum. The proposed method was verified through the comparison with the results of the finite element method. The vibration characteristics of the composited shell structure were analyzed with the change of the crossing angle of the conical shell and cylindrical shell and the size of ring stiffener. The results show that the angle can significantly reduce the vibration of the shell,the size of the ring stiffener was smaller effect on vibration at low frequency,when high frequency with the increase of ring stiffener size can reduce vibration of the structure as a whole,but in part of the acceleration response peak point was significantly increased.
