哈尔滨江北区香格里拉酒店结构体系抗震设计研究

【摘要】 哈尔滨江北区香格里拉酒店建筑屋面高度为168.2m,塔楼部分存在高度超限和扭转不规则的问题。为满足抗震和抗风的技术要求,采用型钢混凝土柱-钢筋混凝土梁-钢筋混凝土核心筒抗侧力结构体系。分别应用SATWE,ETABS软件对结构进行分析,计算结果满足现行规范要求。通过静力弹塑性分析,研究了结构的抗震性能。针对外框结构不封闭以及楼板开洞等不规则问题,采取了一系列有效的抗震加强措施。

【Abstract】 Shangri-La Hotel in Jiangbei district in Harbin has an architectural roof height of 168. 2 meters. The problems of height exceeding code-limit and torsional irregularity exist in the tower. In order to meet the technical requirements of the seismic and wind,the structure system of steel reinforced concrete column-reinforced concrete beam-reinforced concrete core tube was used to resist lateral forces. SATWE and ETABS programs were applied to analyze this structure respectively.The calculated results meet current code requirements. The seismic performance of the structure was studied by static elasto-plastic analysis. In the light of the irregular issues including outside frame structure being not closed and opening in floor,a series of effective seismic strengthening measures were adopted.
