潜在医用气体分子的光学小分子探针
The small molecule optical probes for gases with potential medical applications
【摘要】 生命体系中存在大量的气体分子,可分为信号分子及非信号分子两大类.气体信号分子的功能已为人们所熟知,然而非信号气体分子在生命健康中亦有重要作用,具有潜在的医用功能和价值,如作为疾病指标、辅助治疗等.它们的分布和浓度与生命体健康紧密相连,因此,对其进行分析检测,可以帮助了解生命体健康状况及疾病病况.传统的气体分子检测手段包括电化学、质谱等.这些手段对设备要求较高,输出信号处理较复杂.近年来,一些检测此类气体分子的光学小分子探针被发展出来,成为了传统检测手段的有力补充.本文将对这些光学小分子探针进行简要综述,希望引起大家的兴趣.
【Abstract】 Various gas molecules exist in the life systems. According to their functions, they can be divided into: signaling gas molecules(gasotransmitters) and non-signaling gas molecules. Similar to the gasotransmitters, the non-signaling gas molecules are of great potential and can be valuable in medical applications, such as serving as specific index for disease status and treating medical conditions. Since their distributions and concentrations are closely related to the health status, selective detection and imaging of these gas molecules is very important. Electrochemistry and mass spectroscopy are traditional methods to detect such gas molecules. However, these methods need expensive instruments and complicated data processing. Recently, optical probes have been emerged as important tools in detecting gas molecules with simple operations. The current review focuses on the recent development on the optical probes for the non-signaling gas molecules.
