【摘要】 目的 探讨当归承气汤对躁狂发作患者社会功能的影响。方法 120例踩狂发作患者随机分成当归承气汤组41例、碳酸锂组41例和当归承气汤合并碳酸锂组38例,疗程8周,应用个人与社会功能量表(PSP)分别在基线、治疗后2、4、8周末时进行评定。结果 治疗前比较,3组在治疗后2、4、8周末PSP总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3组之间两两比较,PSP总分在治疗后4、8周末差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 当归承气汤合并碳酸锂治疗可改善躁狂发作患者的社会功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Danggui—Chengqi Decoction on social function of mania patients.Methods 120 patients meeting the criteria of ICD—10 for maina were randomly divided into three groups,thethe Danggui—Chengqi decoction group(n = 41),lithium carbonate group(n = 41)and the Danggui—Chengqi decoction combined with lithium carbonate group(n = 38).Maina patients were gaven Danggui—Chengqi decoction,lithium carbonate and Danggui — Chengqi decoction combined with lithium carbonate for 8 weeks respectively.Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP) was used to assess the social function at baseline,after 2th,4th,8th week treatment respectively.Results Compared with the baseline,there were significant differences on PSP score in three groups after 4th and 8th week treatment(P < 0.01).There were also significant differences on PSP score at the end of the 4th and 8th week treatment comparing between groups.Conclusions Danggui —Chengqi Decoction combined with lithium carbonate can significantly improve social function of mania Patients.更多还原
