【摘要】 目的了解赤蜂地区人群免后HBs Ag携带情况及人群抗体水平。方法将监测对象分为2~6岁、7~18岁、19~45岁3个年龄组,每个旗县采集血清标本30份以上,采集血清送北京CDC免疫规划所进行实验室检测,采用化学发光法定性检测HBs Ag,定量检测抗-HBs。结果全市共监测2~45岁人群386人,其中HBs Ag阳性6人,阳性率1.5%,抗-HBs阳性273人,阳性率70.73%。结论赤峰市调查人群HBs Ag携带率、抗-HBs抗体阳性率维持一定保护水平,Hep B疫苗纳入免疫规划管理10年来效果显著。更多还原
