【摘要】 2014年1月浙江省慈溪市发生3例人感染H7N9禽流感病例,经调查3例病例所接触禽均来自2013年疫情发生地区,3例病例经营场所环境标本H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性率68.4%,慈溪市从事禽交易农贸市场环境标本病毒核酸阳性率38.4%。结果表明,外地禽只为慈溪市3例病例感染来源,禽交易农贸市场为感染高危场所。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three cases of human infection w ith influenza A( H7N9) virus w ere reported in Cixi in January 2014. The survey indicated that the poultry to w hich the cases exposed w ere from the area w here H7N9 virus epidemic occurred in2103. The positive rate of H7N9 virus nucleic acid in the specimens collected from the w orking sites of the 3 cases w as68. 4%,and the positive rate in farm produce markets w ith poultry trade in Cixi w as 38. 4%. The survey result indicated that infection sources of the 3 cases w ere the poultry from other area,the farm produce markets w ith poultry trade w ere high risk places.更多还原
