喷涂型聚氨酯弹性体耐磨材料主要性能表征及影响因素分析
Performance Characterization and Influencing Factors Analysis of Spraying Abrasion-Resistance Polyurethane Elastomer
【摘要】 采用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇为原料反应制备A组分,聚醚多元醇、二胺扩链剂和耐磨助剂等混合制备B组分;A、B组分通过专用喷涂设备制备了聚氨酯弹性体耐磨涂层。讨论了聚醚多元醇和耐磨助剂的种类对弹性体涂层耐磨性能的影响,以及实验室干态下Akron磨耗、DIN磨耗、Taber磨耗和NBS磨耗4种磨耗之间的关系。结果表明,增滑助剂A的应用显著降低了喷涂型聚氨酯弹性体涂层的表面摩擦系数,测得动摩擦系数为0.321;聚四氢呋喃醚二醇的应用显著提高了喷涂型聚氨酯弹性体涂层的耐磨性能,测得Akron磨耗为0.030 cm3。
【Abstract】 The component A was synthesized by MDI and polyether polyol. The component B was composed by PPG,PTMG,diamine extender chain agent,abrasion-resisting additive,etc. Abrasion resistance polyurethane elastomer coating was prepared with component A and B by special spraying equipment. The effects of different polyether polyols and abrasion resisting additives on polyurethane elastomer coating were discussed. The four test methods of spraying abrasion-resistance polyurethane elastomer under dry experimental conditions were introduced,including Akron abrasion,DIN abrasion,Taber abrasion and NBS abrasion. The relationship between these four kinds of abrasion was explained by experimental data. The abrasion-resisting additive A could reduce coefficient of friction obviously,the coefficient of kinetic friction was 0. 321. PTMG could mostly improve the abrasion-resistance performance of spraying polyurethane elastomer coating,the Akron abrasion value was 0. 030 cm3.
