芳烃抽提模拟与改造
Simulation and reformation of aromatic extraction
【摘要】 河北新启元能源技术开发公司环丁砜抽提装置改造的设计特点是在该装置原有设备不变的条件下,原料由催化重整产品改为加氢焦化粗苯产品与芳构化产品混合物料,同时提高原有装置生产能力,降低单位能耗。改造具体方法为增加抽余油循环管线,以适应原料的变化,同时将抽提塔、溶剂回收塔和苯塔由板式塔改造为高效填料塔,用来提高生产效率,降低能耗。改造前先采用PRO/Ⅱ工程模拟软件对流程进行全流程模拟,得到可靠数据结果后进行实际改造。改造于2013年10月30日完工,现已投产使用,实际运行数据表明,改造后流程生产能力由原产9 t/h纯苯提高到13 t/h纯苯,单位产品能耗由1.74 MW/t降到1.27 MW/t,产品各项指标均达到设计要求。由此证明PRO/Ⅱ模拟结果真实可靠,芳烃抽提改造后提高生产效率的同时降低了能耗,改造是成功的。
【Abstract】 The reformed sulfolane extraction device of Hebei Xinqiyuan Energy Technology Development Co.,Ltd.is featured by improving the production capacity of the original devices and reducing the unit energy consumption at the same time in the condition of the existing equipment of devices unchanged,with its feed changed from catalytic reforming products to the mixture of hydrogenated coking crude benzene and aromatization products. In order to adapt to the change of the feed,a circulation line for raffinate oil was added,and the extraction column,solventrecovery column and benzene column were redesigned from plate columns to efficient packed columns and reduce energy consumption. After simulating the whole reformed process using PRO / Ⅱ,the reliable data were obtained for the actual reformation. Finished on Oct. 30,2013,the reformation process was put into operation. The data from actual running show that the production capacity of benzene after reformation is improved from 9 t / h to 13 t / h while the unit product consumption is reduced from 1. 74 MW / t to 1. 27 MW / t. The indexes of products all meet the design requirements,which prove that the PRO / Ⅱ simulation is reliable. After reformation of the aromatic extraction,the production capacity is improved while the energy consumption is reduced,demonstrating that the reformation is a success.
