水纹预警溯源技术在地表水水质监测的应用

【摘要】 针对地表水对污染预警和溯源技术的迫切需求,在南方某水体开展水质指纹预警溯源技术的应用研究。结果表明,该水体的水纹在激发波长230 mm、发射波长340 nm和激发波长280 nm、发射波长320 nm处有2个代表性荧光峰。2个峰的荧光强度与氨氮呈线性正相关。枯水期的荧光强度较高。清华大学已将水纹溯源技术仪器化。在长期在线监测过程中,污染预警溯源仪检测到水情异常并快速确定了污染类型,为环境监管提供了有力的技术支撑。

【Abstract】 There exist urgent technical demands for early-warning and pollution source identification in surface water,thus the research about aqueous fingerprint technique was carried out in a typical water body in southern China. The results showed that there were two fluorescence peaks at 230 /340 nm and 280 /320 nm in the aqueous fingerprint. The fluorescence intensity of the two peaks linearly related to ammonia level. It was high in the dry season. A team from Tsinghua University developed an on-line instrument based on the aqueous fingerprint technique. The instrument had detected abnormality of water quality and furthermore identified the pollution sources during the long-term on-line operation. This provided strong technical support to the environment supervision.
