【摘要】 目的研究慢性盆腔炎患者采用金刚藤胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2014年6月—2015年6月门诊收治的慢性盆腔炎患者200例作为研究对象,随机分为两个组别。对照组采用康妇消炎栓治疗,试验组采用金刚藤胶囊治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果,比较症状、体征改善情况和不良反应。结果试验组治疗有效共计95例(95.0%),高于对照组的86例(86.0%);两组经治疗后症状、体征积分均明显降低,且试验组积分优于对照组。P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。患者在用药过程中,均没有明显的不良反应发生。结论金刚藤胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果确切,能够提高治疗有效率,减轻症状和体征表现,且不良反应少,是一种安全有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of jingangteng capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the out-patient department of our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with kangfu xiaoyan suppository, while the experimental group was treated with jingangteng capsules. The improvement of symptoms and signs, and adverse reaction was compared between the two groups. Results The cure rate(95.0% vs 86.0%) was higher in the experimental group than in the control group; after treatment, the score of symptoms and signs of the two groups both decreased significantly, and the score was higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. No obvious adverse reaction can be found in both the two groups during treatment. Conclusion The clinical effect of jingangteng capsules in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is evident: it can improve the effectiveness of treatment, release the symptoms and signs, and it is of less adverse reaction.
