【摘要】 骶髂关节炎是布鲁氏菌病最常见的骨关节受累,如救治不及时易转为慢性患者,严重者导致劳动力丧失。所以了解国外诊断治疗新进展,及早发现病例、及早规范治疗,减少或避免慢性病例发生在布病防控中起到至关重要的作用。该综述旨在通过检索国内外布鲁氏菌骶髂关节炎的相关文献,了解该病国内外诊断与治疗新进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sacroiliitis is the most common brucella-related involvement of bone joint, and it may turn into chronic condition if not treated timely and leads to loss of capability to work in patients with high diseases severity. Therefore it is essential for us in prevention of brucellosis to detect the cases and treat them in an early stage so as to reduce the rate of its transformation into chronic disease by learning about the new progress in its diagnosis and treatment made at home and abroad. In short, this paper aims at making clear the new progress in diagnosis and treatment of sacroiliitis at home and abroad by searching domestic and foreign relative literatures.更多还原
