【摘要】 目的探讨高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀对尿毒症贫血的影响。方法整群选取2010年1月—2014年1月于该院门诊和住院透析的患者81例,随机分成2组:实验组41例,对照组40例,所有患者均3次/周血液透析,4 h/次,实验组自2012年10月开始接受高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀治疗,对照组进行单纯的高通量血液透析治疗,两组患者都观察4个月。治疗前后检测血红蛋白、血细胞比容。结果治疗4个月后,实验组患者的血红蛋白、血细胞比容与对照组比较明显升高(P<0.05)。结论高通量血液透析联合左卡尼汀对尿毒症贫血具有积极治疗作用,长期治疗可以改善尿毒症贫血。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective High flux hemodialysis combined l-carnitine effects on uremic anemia. Methods Choose between2010-1 and 2014-1 81 cases in our hospital outpatient and hospitalization dialysis patients, randomly divided into 2groups:experimental group 41 cases, control group 40 cases, all patients blood dialysis 3 times a week, four hours at a time,the experimental group since October 2012 high flux hemodialysis combined l-carnitine treatment, control group pure high flux hemodialysis treatment, two groups of patients were observed for four months.
