【Abstract】 Mallet finger is a common injury, the mishandled can lead to chronic complications early, such as pain, dysfunction,and affect the appearance. Most injuries can be non-surgical treatment. Surgical treatment may be applied to acute, chronic, or failure mallet finger before the treatment. we should develop specific treatment programs be based on illness, medical conditions and doctor’s treatment of mastery.
